Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Wins Build Ohio Award for Sierra Nevada Corporation Hangar
We are excited to announce that Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ was awarded a Build Ohio Award for our teamâ€™s remarkable effort to build Sierra Nevada Corporationâ€™s new, 100,000-square-foot Aviation Innovation and Technology Center, located at the Dayton International Airport. This is the first large aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility constructed in the Dayton region since WWII and is capable of supporting some of the largest aviation projects in the world.ÌýThe new facility includes a 90,000 SF hangar, 7,600 SF of administrative space, 7.5-ton bridge crane and 3-ton tail crane, 325,000-gallon water tank, 14 foam generators, and three 3,000 GPM fire pumps.

West Carrollton Schools Phase II Building Project Groundbreaking
Congratulations to West Carrollton City School District and theÌýOhio Facilities Construction CommissionÌýon the groundbreaking of their Phase II Building Project!
This project includes a new 97,000 square-foot elementary school for grades 2-4 as well as a new 192,000 square-foot middle and high school for grades 7-12. Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ is thrilled to continue our relationship with the District as the Construction Manager at Risk on this exciting project.
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ evolves operating structure to geographic-based model
Since late 2020, Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Construction has been working through a 2025 Strategic Plan focused on the long-term health and growth of the organization, consisting of three pillars: Operational Excellence, Capacity Building, and Intentional Growth. The organization has made significant progress within these three objectives, ultimately leading to the most recent and most significant change: the evolution of its operating structure to a geographic-based model.
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Selected for Bila Solar's Urban Manufacturing Hub in Indianapolis
We are thrilled to announce that Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ has been selected as the Construction Manager forÌýBila Solar's new North American Headquarters and Manufacturing Operations in Indianapolis! This $35M urban manufacturing hub will produce ultra-lightweight solar modules and create over 240 jobs in the state of Indiana. It is an honor to work with Bila and regional leaders on this important project!
CEA Building Excellence Award: Brecksville-Broadview Heights PK-5
We are thrilled to announce that Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ was awarded aÌýConstruction Employers Association (CEA)ÌýBuilding Excellence Award for our work on the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Capital Improvements project! Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ was the Construction Manager at Risk for this new 130,000-square-foot PK-5 elementary and 30,000-square-foot fieldhouse.

City of Dayton - Total Phosphorus Treatment Project Update
Work has largely wrapped up at the City of Daytonâ€™s Total Phosphorus Treatment Project! The project was designed to facilitate NPDES Nutrient Removal Compliance with the addition of a new Chemical Feed System to be piped to the existing aeration process.Ìý

As part of our global mission trip program, Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Construction sent eight employees to Mozambique, East Africa, in April 2022 to build new, on-campus teacher dormitories for a remote school forÌýSAM Ministries. The project had an immense and immediate impact on the community of Mucombeze and was named aÌý.Ìý
Seeking a team passionate about storytelling, Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ partnered withÌýManaVisionÌýwho traveled to Mozambique with the team to capture the experience. Under their direction, the documentary,ÌýObrigado MucombezeÌý(Thank You Mucombeze), invites others to follow the journey across the world to share what the team discovered: that in giving back, they received far more than they could have imagined.
